Password and Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing others to use your account or sharing your login details is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the bq222 support team immediately. bq222 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
KYC Verification
In the interest of safety and security, bq222 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. Users may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transaction requests below these amounts will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, this may take somewhat longer. In exceptional circumstances, up to 1 business day may be needed.
Fraudulent Transactions Prohibited
The use of any fraudulent, counterfeit, or unauthorized payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members at bq222 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.
This bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be used once per account.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
If bonus offers are abused (for example: using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or attempting to withdraw bonuses risk-free through coordinated betting), bq222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
VIP Program
The bq222 VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Users can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular active play. bq222 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Activities
